Returns & Refund

At My Store For Life, we take pride in delivering high-quality intimate wear and fabrics. To maintain hygiene standards and ensure fairness, we have the following return and refund policy;

Returns & Exchanges

• Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days (1 month) from the date of purchase.
• After 30 days, items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

• For hygiene reasons, intimate clothing (lingerie, bras, panties, shapers, nightwear, loungewear, etc.) cannot be returned once worn or used.
• Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds (If Eligible)

• Approved refunds will be processed through the original method of payment.
• Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Damaged or Wrong Items

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer care within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
